Hey — I'm Richy. Five years studying at college and university, my Level 3 PT diploma, and a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science all sit behind every session I deliver. This year I'm pushing further with my honours in Sport Science. The point of all that studying isn't to impress you — it's so the programme I write for you is built on what actually works, not what's trending on TikTok this month.
My own training has shifted over the years. I used to live for running — Edinburgh Marathon was a big chapter. These days my passion's muscle development and conditioning, and that's where I love coaching: helping people get visibly stronger, leaner, and more confident in their own skin.
